BPS - BIM project management

The BPS (BIM project management) represents the interests of the client in concrete specifications and the implementation of a BIM project. It represents a key position in the project and has the task of maintaining the flow in the project. This means that waiting times in the delivery of information and data are avoided.

Another part of the BPS is to ensure that the specifications of the client information requirement (AIA) are actually implemented in practice by the project team. For this purpose, the BIM execution plan (BAP) is developed on the basis of internationally recognized principles.
